TH during his quest for untried single malts.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The toast to \u201cThe Clark and the Jackson\u201d and to absent Gentlemen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>DETAILS&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>THE COLOUR &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.Amber, Light Terracotta, Tawny, reddish Gold.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>THE NOSE &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;Very faint, almost flat.&nbsp;&nbsp;Hints of toffee and lavender.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>THE TASTE &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.Smoooth with ginger and black pepper.&nbsp;&nbsp;Sweet but not overly so, light fudge and vanilla.&nbsp;&nbsp;Somewhat dry on the front of the mouth but quickly smooths out.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>THE FINISH &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;A warm toffee like roundness&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With some water\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026I cannot recall any of the Gentlemen spoiling this delightful dram with water!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>THE SCORE \u2026\u2026\u2026.
