Vanilla.&nbsp;&nbsp;White pepper at the back of the mouth.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A sweetness hangs around.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>THE FINISH &#8230;&#8230;&#8230; The finish remains sweet but dry with a hint of peat.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>WITH&nbsp;&nbsp;WATER\u2026\u2026\u2026Very smooth and the fruitiness goes. Mild pepper and remains dry. Special Collector\u2019s stock.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The toast to \u201cThe Clark and the Jackson\u201d and to absent Gentlemen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>DETAILS&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On opening \u201cA High Altitude Pop!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>THE COLOUR &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;Deep Amber in the extreme with a very dark reddish tinge!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>THE NOSE &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;..Prunes, Cherries, very complex, rich and sweet.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>THE TASTE &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;Raisins, vinaigrette Plum, Rowntree fruit pastilles, floral notes, toasted bran and finally Dark Chocolate!&nbsp;&nbsp;As in the nose above, very complex!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>THE FINISH &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.Sweet Milk Stout.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With some water\u2026\u2026\u2026And once again I cannot recall any of the Gentlemen spoiling this delightful dram with water!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>THE SCORE \u2026\u2026\u2026.
